To change your password for your hosted VoIP account portal from the auto generated password (looks something like "89*38#985W93Yh") follow the steps outlined here.

 

First you will need to be logged into your account, using the credentials supplied by our support team. Go to your portal home page by navigating to (customername).mypbx.tscop.com

Once you're there, login with your extension number, and the auto generated password provided by the support team.

 

Click on your extension icon in the top right corner

 

 

Click "Settings" and then change your web password (indicated by green arrows). Do not change your PIN or SIP password, as this will impact the functionality of your desk phone.

 

Click "Save" and you're done!
